One of the oldest traditions of Salento combines these two grapes from time immemorial. The Negramaro gives this wine structure, the Malvasia makes it soft and elegant. It is produced with different names: Salice Salentino, Copertino, Leverano or Squinzano depending on the geographical area of origin. A wine with a delicate aroma and a full and velvety taste. Excellent accompaniment to meat appetizers, first courses and pastas with meat sauce, white and red meat, aged and hard cheese. Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees.
